Digital delivery
RFPStrike delivers immediately after payment. Because files are digital, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued.
14-day replacement guarantee
If files are corrupt, will not open on a standard current version of Excel or Google Sheets, or are materially different from what is described on the site, email rfpstrike@rfpstrike.com within 14 days of purchase. We will replace the files or issue a refund at our discretion.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after successful download
- Failure to win a contract
- Compatibility with software we do not list on the Help Center
