RFPStrike is operated by TributeReady. This policy describes how we handle information when you purchase and download the RFPStrike Response Pack.
What we collect
- Checkout: Email address and payment metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Delivery: Email used to send download links and purchase receipts.
- Site analytics: Aggregated page views and referral source on our storefront. No ad retargeting pixels.
- Support: Content of emails you send to rfpstrike@rfpstrike.com.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, send transactional email, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Transaction records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Support email is retained while the thread is active and up to 24 months afterward unless you request deletion.
Your choices
Email rfpstrike@rfpstrike.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we control. Some records (e.g. payment logs) must be retained for legal compliance.
